Data Deletion Request

Kynexa AI, operated by Eidola Studio, respects your right to control your data. If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party account to our service and wish to have your data deleted, you may request deletion at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

• Self-service: Log in to your Kynexa AI dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations, and click "Disconnect" next to the service you want to remove. This immediately deletes all stored credentials and queued data for that connection.
• Email request: Send an email to jawan@eidola.studio with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a deletion request, we permanently remove:

• All OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for the disconnected service
• All business data retrieved from the disconnected service (customer records, invoices, jobs, ad data, posts, messages, comments)
• All cached analytics and insights derived from that data
• All sync history and connection metadata

Facebook and Instagram Data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account through our Meta integration, disconnecting will immediately delete: your Facebook user access token, all page access tokens, Instagram business account tokens, advertising data, page posts and comments data, direct message data, and all insights derived from your Meta accounts.

You can also revoke our access directly from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

Confirmation

After processing a deletion request submitted via email, we will send a confirmation to the email address on file. Self-service disconnections take effect immediately and do not require confirmation.
