These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kynexa AI ("the Service"), operated by Eidola Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Kynexa AI provides business dashboard and automation tools for small businesses. The Service connects to third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, and Jobber) to display and organize your business data in a unified dashboard.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service connects to third-party platforms on your behalf using industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize us to access and retrieve your data from that platform solely for the purpose of displaying it within your dashboard. We do not modify, delete, or write data to your third-party accounts unless you explicitly request it.
We access your third-party data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any other parties. Your data is stored securely using encryption and is only accessible to your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, reverse-engineering the Service, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
You may disconnect your integrations and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored credentials and cached data will be deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eidola Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
