This Privacy Policy describes how Kynexa AI, operated by Eidola Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.
Third-Party Data: When you connect a third-party service (such as QuickBooks Online, Housecall Pro, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google, or Jobber), we access and retrieve business data from those platforms, including but not limited to: customer lists, invoices, payments, job records, company information, advertising performance data, page posts, comments, direct messages, and calendar events. This data is accessed solely through authorized OAuth 2.0 connections or API keys that you initiate and can revoke at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Service to you. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the Service.
Your third-party credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored using encryption in a secure vault. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Your credentials are never stored in plaintext and are only used to access your connected accounts on your behalf.
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a third-party integration, the associated credentials are immediately deleted from our systems. When you close your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we access: advertising campaign data and performance metrics, Facebook Page posts and comments, Instagram posts and comments, direct messages through Facebook Messenger and Instagram, and page-level insights. We use this data solely to provide you with business intelligence, post on your behalf when you authorize it, and respond to messages and comments with your approval. We do not sell, share, or use your Facebook or Instagram data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
You may request deletion of all data obtained from Facebook at any time by visiting our data deletion page or by contacting us at jawan@eidola.studio. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete all Facebook and Instagram data associated with your account within 30 days.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms. Each platform has its own privacy policy and terms of service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you connect. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
